Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Areas

• We currently ship within the continental United States.
• We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international destinations at this time.
• Certain plant varieties may have shipping restrictions based on state agricultural regulations.

Shipping Time

• Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.
• Delivery times may vary depending on location, weather conditions, and carrier delays.

Live Plant & Tree Shipping

• All trees and plants are carefully packaged to minimize stress during transit.
• Minor leaf drop, discoloration, or soil movement may occur during shipping and is considered normal.
• Customers should unpack and water plants immediately upon arrival.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of the order.
• Free shipping promotions may be offered on selected products or orders.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Email clear photos of the plant, packaging, and shipping label.
• We will review the claim and provide a replacement or store credit when applicable.

Incorrect Shipping Address

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
• Java Green Orlando is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect addresses.

Weather Conditions

• We monitor weather conditions to help protect live plants.
• We may delay shipment during extreme heat, cold, storms, or other conditions that could affect plant health.

• Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
• Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.
