All trees are carefully packaged to protect the plant, roots, and soil during transit and minimize shipping stress.

6. What should I do when my tree arrives?

Unpack your tree immediately, inspect it, water it if needed, and place it in a suitable location according to the plant's growing requirements.

7. Will my tree produce fruit immediately?

Fruit production varies depending on the tree variety, age, growing conditions, and care provided. Some trees may produce fruit sooner than others.

8. Do you guarantee fruit production?

No. Because growing conditions vary, we cannot guarantee fruit production or specific harvest timelines.

9. Why do some leaves look damaged after shipping?

Minor leaf drop, discoloration, or stress during transit is normal for live plants and usually resolves as the tree adapts to its new environment.

10. What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the plant, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the issue and work toward a suitable resolution.
